Article 2 – Scope and General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions of Sale define the contractual relationship between the seller and the customer regarding digital products sold under the name iTrader OS.

Any order placed on the Site implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. The customer declares they have the legal capacity to enter into contracts.

Article 3 – Description of Products

The products sold are 100% digital, including:

• Pre-designed Notion templates for trading

• EA (Expert Advisor) files for MetaTrader 4 and 5 (desktop version only)

No physical delivery is made. Products are provided via secure download link immediately after payment.

Article 4 – Orders and Delivery

Orders are placed online via Shopify. Payment validates the order.

Delivery is instantaneous and dematerialized through a download link.

No right of withdrawal applies under Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code concerning digital content delivered instantly after payment.

Article 5 – Prices and Payment

Prices are listed in euros (€) or US dollars (USD).

Payment is made via Stripe (credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay) or PayPal.

Prices may be changed at any time without prior notice. Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering.

Article 6 – Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

iTrader OS is a trading analysis and journaling tool. It does not constitute investment advice, nor does it guarantee any financial results.

The user remains solely responsible for their trading decisions.

No liability will be accepted for any financial losses.

Article 7 – Withdrawal Right

In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content delivered immediately after payment.

By purchasing, the Client explicitly waives their right of withdrawal.

Article 8 – Intellectual Property

All content is the exclusive property of Antoine Ferreira.

Any copying, resale, redistribution, or sharing—even for free—is strictly forbidden.

Violations may result in legal action.

Article 9 – Customer Support

Customer support is provided via an AI chatbot integrated on the website.

No 24/7 human support is available.

Article 10 – Affiliate Program

An affiliate program is available.

Each sale made via an affiliate discount code earns a 10% commission (excl. VAT).

Affiliates may not alter or redistribute the product.

The seller may revoke access to the affiliate program at any time.

Article 11 – Cookies Policy

The site uses technical cookies essential for navigation and order processing.

No marketing or third-party tracking cookies are used without consent.

Article 12 – Personal Data Protection (RGPD)

Collected data (e.g., email, IP, order logs) is used solely for order processing and support.

Data is never resold.

Article 13 – Security / Availability

While every effort is made to ensure uninterrupted access to the product, the seller cannot guarantee absolute availability.

Article 14 – Force Majeure and Service Interruptions

The seller shall not be liable for any service interruption or temporary unavailability caused by external factors (e.g., force majeure, maintenance, Shopify/Framer issues, third-party incidents, or hacking).

Article 15 – Changes to the Terms

The seller reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.

The applicable version is the one in effect on the date of the order.

Article 16 – Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.

In the event of a dispute, the parties will seek an amicable solution.

Failing that, the competent court shall be that of the seller’s place of residence, unless otherwise required by law.

Article 17 – Acceptance of the Terms

By placing an order, the Client acknowledges having read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions in full and without reservation.
